Infant to Teen Clothing & Items Consignment Sale
Terms and Conditions

The fee for participating in the sale is $10.00 if registering person, includes 100 tags. The fee for participating in the sale is $8.00 if registering online, includes 100 tags. 

I understand that I have to work a minimum of three hours to participate in the sale and receive 70% of my total sales. There are no exceptions. (Anybody over the age of 18 can substitute for you if needed.)

If for any reason I can not participate in this sale, I understand that my tags and my participation fees are non refundable. Tags may be saved for future sales.  

Because of our space and limitations, it is important that out of season items or adult clothing not be brought to this sale. I understand that if these items are brought they will not be displayed for sale. They will be returned to you after the sale. 

I understand that I will receive my check within three weeks of the sale and I will be notified if there will be a delay.  

I understand that I will be able to shop on Thursday evening before the sale is open to the public. This pre-sale is only for participants, Chilhowee Hills Baptist Church staff and Freedom Christian Academy faculty. 

I understand there are no provisions for babysitting during the sale. I will need to have someone take care of my child/children during my time to work. If I must bring my child to work they must stay with me at all times. If there is an accident I agree not to hold Chilhowee Hills Baptist Church liable for the expenses. 

If I do not want my merchandise to be half price on Saturday, I must place the red dot to the right of the price on my sales tag. If I choose to place the red dot on any other place on my tag, I understand that the merchandise will be given to the customer at a reduced price of 50% off. 

I understand that my merchandise will not be placed on the sales floor unless I have filled out and returned all necessary paperwork (a self addressed stamped envelope, the lead/recall disclaimer, and this agreement form) and paid my participation and tag fees. 

We are not responsible for missing items.

I will return on the Saturday of the sale, between 2:30-3:00 pm to pick up my unsold items. If I chose to donate any of my merchandise, I can place the donations in the designated area at that time. I agree not to take any merchandise with me before the scheduled pick up time.  

I will pay my participation fee anytime before the sale. It can be paid when you drop off your items. If you need tags we have them in the office. 100 tags are $2.00.
